Shutterstock is seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist - Sales Innovation reporting directly to the VP, Sales innovation. This role will be responsible for delivering the solution-driven strategy and sales efforts of Shutterstock. The role will combine data driven consulting, sales skills and market positioning acumen with an understanding of the technical, execution-oriented, and market-driven considerations of insights and data driven media solutions.Responsibilities:
Manage and scale Shutterstock's solution driven sales efforts, supporting the sale of image and technology solutions to clients.
Engage in enterprise level insights and data driven partnerships.
Build, maintain and manage relationships with assigned clients.
Leverage a highly consultative approach designed to ensure that clients and receive the highest level of customer support.
Support the development and extension of new products and or capabilities beyond the current suite.
Solicit feedback from the client side to identify feature improvements for the product team.
10+ years of solutions selling experience, branded media /content sales, and/or ad/martech platform sales experience
Understanding of solution sales process
Ability to consume and analyze large amounts of data and utilize it to optimize sales initiatives and narratives
Strong organizational, leadership, team-building and knowledge transfer skills
Superior communication skills
Desire to build relationships and encourage teamwork
