To support the continued growth of our business, PDG is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager. This is a full-time remote role that may require some travel to PDG team meetings, client sites, and industry conferences as needed. Position Summary

PDG's Senior Engagement Manager serves as the program lead of each client engagement. The Senior Engagement Manager's goal is to maximize client satisfaction by building deep relationships with all stakeholders, providing superior program management, pulling through measurement strategies, and ensuring that all client deliverables are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engagement Manager is accountable for:

  • Leading the full lifecycle of each assigned client engagement: Partners with the sales team and Solution Architect early in the sales process to align resources, leads the creation of program plans either independently or while leading other Engagement Managers, and leads the teams performing the work at the program level.
  • Driving client success through superior program management: Leads cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions. Manages timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful quality delivery. Collaborating with clients to address any issues or concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for additional value-added services.
  • Operationalizing and pulling through measurement strategies: In partnership with sales and Solution Architects, identify KPIs and measurement strategies for each program. Report updates to external and internal stakeholders. Work with the team on strategies to achieve goals and pivot as needed when goals are not being met.
  • Leveraging best practices: Ensures that all team members apply PDG's proven processes to drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving Growth: In partnership with business development and account management, works to strengthen client relationships, ensures client satisfaction, and shares intel on how we can further grow the relationship with sales.

Education & Experience

The Senior Engagement Manager has the following qualifications and qualities:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Business, Education, or Learning and Development major or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading the creation of large custom learning and performance solutions.
  • Significant experience in The Life Sciences Industries and or leading the creation of large sales performance solutions for large enterprise clients.
  • Prior experience leading change management or cultural transformation initiatives and programs.

  • Able to think on their feet and lead discussions to assess client needs leading to the creation of appropriate solutions.
