Job Description

A large Global company in the NYC area is seeking a Global Marketing Coordinator. The Coordinator responsibilities will include but not be limited to: research, analysis, development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns, co-branding, ingredient branding, trade show coordination

DUITIES

Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns (both B2B and B2C), prepares marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; plans and organizes promotional presentations; updates calendars.

Manage promotional materials (catalogs) by coordinating requirements with related departments; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

Manages the coordination of all trade shows attended by GMG USA. This includes product choice, sample arrangement, staff attendance, schedules, and associated logistics. Attendance at shows is required.

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the GMG training platform. Assists in creation, implementation, advancement, and improvement of GMG training platform.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Leads GMG store audit projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (B.A.)

3+ years of administrative experience.

Expert and advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (must include proficient level of Excel experience).
