JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing & Ticketing Coordinator at OGX Productions is essential in spearheading the coordination and execution of ticket sales for diverse events. This multifaceted role oversees the distribution of tickets across multiple channels, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of ticketing systems, while providing top-notch customer service. The role works closely with the internal Marketing team, and external partners to refine sales strategies and enhance ticketing operations. Additionally, this role supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, contributing to their design and implementation.

The salary range for this role considers a range of variables used in making compensation decisions and may include but is not limited to; experience, training, licenses, certifications, skills sets, business needs, travel. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique variables that are present, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$65,000. This range has not been adjusted based on the geographic location of the successful incumbent.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Integrated Marketing Strategy Execution: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Department, ensuring alignment with ticket sales strategies across digital, social media, public relations, and grassroots channels.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels to maintain consistent messaging and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and external marketing & ticketing partners, aligning all parties with campaign goals and timelines.
- Ticket Sales Oversight: Coordinate ticket sales through various channels, including online platforms, on-site POPs, and third-party vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and availability.
- Ticketing System Maintenance and Analytics: Maintain ticketing systems to ensure accuracy in inventory and pricing; generate reports to track sales trends and customer feedback for strategic planning.
- Customer Service and Quality Assurance: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct pre-launch testing and audits of ticketing systems to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Training and Inventory Management: Train staff on ticketing procedures and software use; manage ticket inventory, anticipate demand, and coordinate allocations for different experiences to ensure operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in entertainment, marketing, or event ticketing, with a proven background in ticketing operations, sales, or customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in ShowClix ticketing software, Square, and familiarity with CRM systems is highly advantageous.
- A solid understanding of marketing concepts as they apply to ticketing, or a strong interest in developing marketing expertise.
- Excellent skills in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex scenarios.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support event operations and marketing efforts.
- Some familiarity with financial transactions and reconciliation processes.
- Understanding of event management principles and practices is desirable but not essential.
