We’re looking for a charismatic, outgoing, sales professional to join our growing team! HR Direct is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

HR Direct is a full-service staffing agency specializing in Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Administrative, Clerical, and Executive positions.

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

· Building relationships at multiple levels with potential candidates.

· Comfortable with interacting with decision makers of multiple levels of the organization

· Meets or exceeds weekly goals resulting in generation of new accounts.

· Consistently demonstrate positive and professional image with all written and verbal communication

· Daily documentation and data entry on field visits and potential new clients information

· Provide a written summary of each “Meaningful Interaction.”

· Prepare Service Summary and contracts for new clients.

· Ability to manage a robust sales funnel and ensure prospects evolve into meaningful clients.

What will set you apart:

· Experience in prospecting campaigns for solutions with complex sales cycles preferred.

· Inside/ Outside Sales experience highly desired.

· Staffing industry experience is required.

· Detail oriented and able to work independently.

· Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
