Remote Regional Sales Manager

New Life Staffing is currently looking for a fully remote Regional Sales Manager! This is an exciting opportunity in Technological Sales with Leading Equipment Manufacturer

With strong engineering and manufacturing support, this role offers uncapped commissions and a chance to be part of cutting-edge technological advances.

Location: Home office in the MidAtlantic region, ideally Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage customer accounts, providing options, recommendations, and solutions to maintain strong relationships.
• Develop new customers through a consultative business development approach, making calls or visits to build connections with plant, facilities, maintenance, project engineers, managers, and C-Suite executives.
• Identify and commercialize new target accounts, consistently expanding and developing the business.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activities, preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Heavy emphasis on cold calling in Pharmaceutical and Bio-technical process plants, meeting with various stakeholders including maintenance, facilities, plant and project engineers/managers, as well as Purchasing and C-Suite for presentations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in a sales role with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Experience in consultative business development, with the ability to navigate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient, motivated, and resilient, with a proven ability to overcome challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including overnights.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000
• Uncapped commissions: Expected to reach $125,000 - $130,000 in the first year, $145,000 - $150,000 in the second year, and over $160,000 in subsequent years.
