Sales Manager

Natural products CPG-Health & Beauty company seeks a Sales Manager to contribute to the success of our direct-to-consumer .com (DTC) and B2B businesses.

We are looking to significantly increase our e-commerce and retail store presence to take full advantage of the market opportunity for our natural consumer products.

This role will manage our sales business, including our Shopify website, and expand the digital and physical store footprint. Creating and executing go-to-market strategies along with developing growth tactics are key elements to success in this role.

This is an in person position with the possibility to discuss hybrid but NOT remotely.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

· Work with internal teams to build our go-to-market strategies and constantly refine how we execute towards our sales and e-commerce vision, reporting directly to our EVP of Sales and Marketing

· Learn the intricacies of all the natural CPG product market & our SKU’s

· Drive revenue growth across all sales channels, including brokers and e-commerce

· Manage relationships with brokers and key retail and distributor accounts domestically and internationally

· Manage e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.com channels

· Work and manage external vendors across all channels

· Work cross-functionally with our teams to ensure inventory is adequate for sales and e-commerce goals and partner fulfillment

· Dive deep into workflows to create a sustainable long-term sales and operational strategy to drive growth

· Present monthly reports and analysis

· Social media marketing and program development, for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree or higher

· Experience executing and designing sales strategies across multiple platforms and channels

· Experience with Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com and other major .com marketplaces

· Office suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MailChimp and Google Drive

· Graphics design skills to execute marketing materials and social media campaigns a plus

· Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills

· Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a small company environment

· Have a can-do mentality

· Shopify website experience is a plus
