About The Role 

We're looking for a process-oriented, order-loving marketing manager (ideally with some healthcare experience) to drive new initiatives, including coordinating webinars, managing SEO content, supporting website builds, and establishing product marketing systems. This is a full-time role. 

What You'll Do

• You'll project manage marketing initiatives big and small, leading campaigns and delivering on timelines.
• You’ll build relationships with and coordinate between internal teams and external agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
• You’ll align all marketing initiatives, copy, and programs in our brand voice– and overall company goals.
• You'll drive process, report on progress, and be responsible for growth.
• You’ll shape product marketing campaigns that target prospect customers… and convert them.
• You’ll use intuition and judgment to succeed.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in project management and marketing, ideally in something healthcare provider-related.
• Proven ability to organize and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with a real attention to detail.
• Some experience designing customer promotions (think lifecycle marketing/email campaigns), managing online content initiatives (think blog/video content), and other complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ideal candidate has been at a startup before–or has experience in a small, scrappy team working on innovative projects at a larger organization.
• Ultimately, you’ll play a key role on a team fully committed to building an iconic specialty healthcare brand and business for patients, physicians, and partners.

Estimate compensation range

Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 a year

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, and geographic location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
