ITRegulators, Inc. is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in providing comprehensive IT staffing and IT consulting solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Staffing and IT Consulting Sales Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IT staffing and IT consulting services.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of IT staffing and IT consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and qualify candidates for staffing opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our IT staffing and IT consulting services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business and maintain existing partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in IT staffing and IT consulting sales, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including IT staffing trends, technologies, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and secure deals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's, Associate's or relevant experience it the field.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

First-year pay forecast:
$100,000 +. Yes, that is correct. The selected candidate can expect to earn a base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 in the first year, and in addition to that, they can earn additional commission or bonuses based on meeting or exceeding the sales quota set by the company. The exact amount will depend on the company's compensation structure and the candidate's sales performance.
