Accounting Specialist

Times Media Group, a leading print and digital publishing company serving the Phoenix, Tucson, and Los Angeles markets, is seeking a professional to join its team as an Billing and Receivables Clerk at its Tempe office.

Responsibilities include a wide range of accounting duties consisting of data entry, billing, processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, accounts receivable, maintaining and approving accounting support, banking and help with the administration of a variety of company needs.

A good candidate for this position has will possess the following:

• Strong computer skills

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written

• Is comfortable speaking with clients

• Understands the importance of great customer service and a positive attitude to the workplace

• Entry level accounting competencies

• Technical competencies a plus
