Job Description

Title: UX Designer

Location: Detroit, MI (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid Schedule)

Note: This role is NOT open to C2C candidates

The UX Designer will collaborate with UX, business, and IT teams to develop intuitive user interface designs for web and mobile formats. This is a senior-level leadership role with a focus on integrity and servant leadership. Ideal candidates will have the ability to articulate design decisions and represent design direction within UX projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders in the creation of best-in-class digital experiences
Advocating for UX standards and methods
Interfacing with leadership to drive product direction and leading colleagues in co-creation and process improvement

Job Requirements:

3+ years in digital user experience design
Mastery in UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, systems, and operations
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in UX or related field, or combination of education and equivalent experience
