Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing initiatives. This role will primarily focus on managing email campaigns, social media platforms, and creating consistent branding across all platforms as well as positive customer experience in store or virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and scheduling sends.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to optimize strategies.
• Engage with customers via social media and other platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and reviews – engaging with customers proactively.
• Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
