Development Services Specialist (Contract)

The Development Services Specialist will guide new and multi-unit Bakery Owners through the New Bakery Opening process from the initial introduction until handoff at the end of the opening process. You will share and disseminate information to Bakery Owners on best practices and collaborate with them to stay on path during the Development phase. This role has a range of diverse responsibilities including but not limited to monitoring the signage process for Bakeries, collecting and analyzing data to provide actionable next steps, and helping to update and maintain information in our intranet, internal shared drives, and Bakery database.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed support to new bakeries during the beginning/build out phase
- Communicate with Bakery Owners to effectively deliver the brand expectations and policies
- Guide Bakery Owners through the use of FranConnect Opener
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing/new Bakery Owners
- Work collaboratively as a team to achieve common goals
- Manage parts of the NbC signage program
- Make data-driven recommendations and analyses to move the team forward and achieve company goals for sales and profits
Requirements:
- BA/BS and equivalent working experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with franchise business model and support systems a plus
- An analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from identifying red flag issues early on to sharing areas of concern
- Signage or construction background is helpful
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and shift between many changing tasks is critical
- A want to consistently improve and develop process in an ever-changing environment
