West Coast Dental offices are in southern California with 41 locations and counting. Each one of our dental practices is thoughtfully situated in a great community to provide an exceptional work and living environment. We have multiple offices throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire, offering comprehensive general and specialty dental services. As a General Dentist you will have the ability to provide comprehensive treatment plans for your patients under one roof with an added advantage of board-certified specialist for any specialty services you may refer for treatment. Our experienced office staff supports your daily schedule to ensure all business and operational tasks are managed for you with transparency. We believe in supporting our doctors so that they may focus on optimal patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

What we are looking for:

• A dentist who is passionate about delivering the best of care to their patients
• Must have an excellent happy and cheerful chairside demeanor
• Create a professional and productive office culture for their team
• Have excellent communication skills and good chairside manner
• Prefer experience dentist that is able to perform all general dentistry procedures

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate clinical excellence by providing high quality orthodontic care to our patients.
• Delivering an unequalled patient experience and go above and beyond to exceed the patients’ expectations.
• Maintain open lines of communication with General Dentist
• Educate patients and parents about improving and maintaining orthodontic care, and promoting routine dental health care.
• Consistently portray a pleasant work attitude that promotes a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Dental degree from an accredited University - DMD/DDS
• Ortho residency certificate
• An active State Dental Board license or ability to obtain
• Malpractice Insurance
