Job Description Summary

The eCommerce Manager at Air Lift will oversee the go-to-market activities for all eCommerce and marketplace sales channels. This position will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profitability through digital merchandising tactics on the brand websites and marketplace platforms. As well as optimizing the online shopping experience to drive sales, increase customer engagement and create customer loyalty. This position works cross-functionally with peers in brand marketing, product development, sales, and customer service teams to determine the product catalog, pricing, and promotional programs.

  • Experience in a multi-channel sales landscape encompassing branded ecommerce storefronts and marketplace platforms.
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior, technology utilization, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Manage a multi-channel direct sales model across ecommerce storefronts and marketplace platforms.
  • Use merchandising and channel sales expertise to strategically identify opportunities that create urgency to purchase, drive sales conversion, and achieve business performance metrics.
  • Champion the creation of digital assets necessary to merchandising the products and creating urgency to purchase.
  • Continually monitor digital merchandising tactics and adjust based on data analysis and customer feedback to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Responsible for the product catalog syndication and the related product data structures.
  • Curate the e-commerce buying experience with engaging multimedia content, unique descriptions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Influence brand marketing plan to deliver e-commerce and marketplace direct sales objectives.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ progressive experience in brand marketing.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, macros, and charts.
  • Solid knowledge of productivity tools including the Microsoft 365 Suite
