We are seeking an experienced Home Health Scheduler for Culver City area. Healthcare scheduling experience required!

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted Home Health operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect $25-$28/hour depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical team and patients to schedule visits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and policies.
• Collaborate and facilitate interactions with patients, referral sources, and care team.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in Home Health, Hospice or acute care setting acceptable.
• Ability to collaborate with other professional and administrative personnel, including the Director of Patient Care Services.
• Great communication and customer service skills, both on the phone and in person
• Motivated, goal-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
