Job Description
Our client’s Senior Account Executive’s primary focus is to build and maintain relationships, breaking into new accounts and expanding business in current accounts. The Senior Account Executive will have an opportunity to work with our industry, technical, marketing and partnership teams to demonstrate our capabilities to new customers. Must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving and execution skills, hustle, and tenacity. Someone who is humble, thick skinned and not afraid to raise their hand for help or to own up when the timing comes. They always look to increase our client base by crafting unique and tailored solutions meeting clients’ needs. They are adaptable to industry and market trends, new and emerging technologies, and can navigate any executive level conversation.
Responsibilities:
•Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including business development, lead identification, qualification, scope construction, proposal development, client presentations and contract negotiation.
•Play an instrumental role in growing our client’s customer base and driving revenue through our Salesforce and D&A capabilities.
•Identify and develop key strategies for specific customers and market segments.
•Develop strong relationships with the channel partners, primarily but not exclusively Salesforce.
•Establish and maintain relationships at all client levels, including C-suite.
•Build and iterate on an industry point of view while understanding the competitive landscape and properly positioning our clients’ differentiators accordingly.
Qualifications:
•Prior experience in front office business application sales, preferably in a cloud application environment (CRM, HCM, etc.) is desired.
•Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On Demand Industry, knowledge in Financial Services, and background with the Salesforce platform are highly desirable.
•4+ years’ experience in complex services sales, solution selling, or strategic accounts selling is a plus.
•Selling to Banks and Real Estate.
