Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging content, managing websites and social media platforms, implementing SEO strategies, and driving lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and explore new opportunities for digital growth, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Content Creation
Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and blogs.
Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
Website Management
Manage and maintain the company's websites for marketing collateral and content.
Create and edit web landing and lead capture pages .
Email Marketing
Create and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automation sequences.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
SEO Optimization
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, monitor SEO performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media.
Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports.
Analytics and Reporting
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Skills/Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5-6 years of marketing experience.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, and 2-3 years of social media management, websites, and SEO experience.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms. 2-3 years of WordPress and applicable plug-ins expertise is a must.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
