In/Outbound Call Sales Rep for Scaling Company. Commission W/ Bonuses

We are seeking a Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients. Remote work possible after three months.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
• Educate prospective clients on products and services
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain record of client contact information
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Note: Unlike other sales jobs, please keep in mind that you will also be receiving inbound calls from our marketing and advertising campaigns. These are all subject to commissions for you if you close, despite using no resources to find the client. This should ease some of the concerns for prospective employees who are nervous to work in a commissions-only based job, as it should provide a buffer while new employees build up their call lists and work on generating their own leads for cold calls and email campaigns.

It is important to remember though that all agents will not achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the funding needs of the prospective business owners you are engaging with.
