Award-winning digital marketing agency has an immediate opening for an experienced Paid Search Manager. Additional experience with other digital response channels is valuable but not required (Programmatic, Display, Paid Social, etc.). The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns, reporting, and performance analyses. This candidate should have 5+ years hands-on experience in an agency setting or in-house, managing paid search campaigns with monthly revenues larger than $300k. A successful Paid Search Manager has a positive outlook regarding contributing to a collaborative team that collectively is focused on achieving our clients' channel goals.

The Candidate:
• Has experience managing multiple PPC Search advertising campaigns.
• Has experience with Google Shopping campaigns and Datafeed Structures.
• Has demonstrable and strong analytical skills and has an achievement-oriented approach to work. • Is honest and ethical at all times - stewarding the clients advertising spend as if it were your own money being spent.
• Candidates with prior work involving additional online response channels (i.e. Programmatic, Display, Paid Social, etc.) get the strongest consideration.
• Has experience collaborating with a team to share ideas and improve workflows

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Manage a growing roster of Paid Search clients
• Develop the keyword and messaging strategy that will deliver results for a client's objective.
• Working knowledge/experience managing and optimizing shopping datafeeds
• Knowledgeable with how/when to implement conversion bid strategies & audience targeting.
• Daily campaign spend management, sales targets and budget management
• Optimize advertising campaigns for target KPIs and goals
• Analyze performance to adjust parameters and otherwise improve outcomes
• Extract campaign performance insights and support development of thoughtful client reports
• Assist sales team in selling Paid Search offering into existing clients and new prospects
• Work with Platform account representatives to gain insights, best practices, and BETA opportunities.

Experience:
• Management of Paid Search PPC campaigns (5+ years preferred)
• Mastery of Google Ads/Google Shopping and proficiency with Google Analytics
• Working knowledge/experience managing and optimizing shopping datafeeds
• A history of training staff on campaign management best practices is a plus

Skills:
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel
• Mathematical / Statistical mindset for analyzing data and trends
• Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of statistics
• Possess a competitive attitude, initiative, self-motivation, a high level of ownership and attention to detail
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to be self-directed as a remote team member (or join us in our offices in Bluebell, PA if preferred)

The Work:
• One of two primary points of contact for key client business lines (individual contact teams for each service group within this client's portfolio), managing team deadline adherence and campaign management.
• Use well-developed workflows that outline specific targets and requirements, and ensure the team is working within those confines as well.
• Host campaign kick-off calls, deliver media briefs, review campaign budget allocations, and work within defined process timelines (while creating internal timelines).
• Review vendor recommendations and provide insights/POV for client consideration.
• Manage accounting workflows from PO creation to agency funding and vendor invoice fulfillment monthly.
• Oversee account team campaign optimizations, pacing, budget management, and reporting functions.
• Effectively communicate with the support team regarding client campaign goals, requirements, and timelines
