As the Full-Time Maintenance Manager at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks essential to the smooth operation of our facilities. Your role will involve overseeing employees engaged in general maintenance and upkeep, as well as leading preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance activities on various building systems, equipment, and Life Support Systems. From electrical to plumbing to mechanical, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous functionality of our facilities.

To excel in the role of Full-Time Maintenance Manager at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in supervising maintenance personnel. Proficiency in managing large-scale heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems, as well as electrical systems and building controls, is crucial. The position also requires a strong understanding of motor controls, pumps, automated controls, and the ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings accurately. Successful candidates will demonstrate good computer and communication skills, essential for operating related office and building equipment. A solid grasp of common construction techniques, basic carpentry skills, and the ability to concentrate and follow instructions with minimal supervision are essential for this role.
