Director/VP of National Accounts

Our client is a marketing services organization that is seeking an National Account Director/VP to oversee projects and sell shopper marketing and digital media products to their retail client(s) and brands.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate, nurture, and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Advocate for the application of digital/retail media, fostering its adoption and integration.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team to drive key projects and deliver value such as advertising proposals, departmental frameworks, retail endorsements, and graphic enhancements.
• Collaborate with advertising counterparts nationwide to facilitate brand sales.
• Maintain a comprehensive awareness of industry trends and competitive dynamics
• Drive advertising revenue growth for the company.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of account management and shopper marketing experience within consumer products or marketing services.
• Digital and mobile media proficiency
• Demonstrated track record of success in selling marketing services/products to brands and retailers.
• Profound understanding of shopper media sales strategies, with the ability to articulate and implement them effectively.
• Experience in selling solutions to retailers.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising practices.
