Marketing Specialist & Account Manager

Job Description: As a Marketing Specialist & Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing all of the marketing initiatives of RCC Business IT as well as nurturing relationships with our valued clients. This position requires a unique blend of creative marketing skills, customer-centricity, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing:
   • Execution of the RCC Digital Marketing Plan.
   • Oversight of the RCC websites.
   • Champion of our Social Media channels.
   • Establish standards for RCC staff LinkedIn participation.
   • Marketing Collateral creation and updates.
   • Customer Facing special promotions and incentives.
   • Customer Reviews and Referrals.
   • RCC Branded Attire programs.
   • Create engaging content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, and presentations.
   • Suggest other advertisements and marketing initiatives.
   • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
   • Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to inform our marketing and account management approach.
   • Corporate email signature system management.
2. Sales Functions:
   • ZoomInfo champion for prospecting and outbound job-flow outreach.
   • Other campaign elements such as post cards, press releases, organizational involvement and leveraging promotions.
   • Account management of certain current or new customer accounts.
   • Proposal/Quote preparation and presentations.
     
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
     • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
     • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
     • Address client inquiries, in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years experience in Digital Marketing including organic, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Social Channels, Email Outreach, Website landing pages, etc.
• Experience in customer facing interaction (sales, account management, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Graphic Editing Software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
• Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
