This position is suited for those who are passionate about making a difference in the health and wellbeing of others, as well as building the community that keeps our members coming back every single day.

As an F45 Coach you are responsible for coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts. You must be able to motivate the members and have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries. You must be able to deliver classes with presence, energy, and personality. You will also, from time to time, be involved in special projects with marketing, local schools, sports teams, businesses, and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Guide members through F45 workouts by explaining proper techniques, demonstrating exercises, identifying different muscle groups, and providing progressions/regressions of exercises based on individual member needs

• Coach multiple classes per week

• Set up and break down equipment based on the workouts and associated floor layouts

• Engage with members by answering questions on health and wellness while maintaining a positive attitude

• Bring a unique, energetic coaching style to classes while staying true to the brand

• Always ensure cleanliness of the studio, as well as the proper maintenance and storage of equipment

• Athletic ability to complete F45 workouts

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking

Qualifications:

• Personal Training or Group Fitness Instructor certification

• Looking for all experience levels with at least 1 year of experience in personal training or group fitness

• Current CPR/AED certification

• A willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons

• Be present at least 20 minutes before classes to properly meet and introduce yourself to members and prepare for the workouts

• Embrace the F45 culture to include supporting programming and attending classes
