Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (Negotiable based on exp.) + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $100k +)

Account Executive (B2B, Mfg, Electronics, R <20% travel) Description

Our client, a leader in the electricity and environmental control sectors, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Perkasie, PA –~35 miles NW of Philadelphia, PA. This vital position fuels the company's growth through technical sales acumen and building enduring client relationships. You will receive comprehensive training on our client’s products and services to set you up for success. With 25-50% of your role dedicated to new business development, a hunter mentality, and a keenness to work with cross-functional teams are essential. Ideal candidates have a background in engineering, electronics, manufacturing or research and development. Account Executive (B2B, Mfg, Electronics, R <20% travel) Responsibilities

• Follow up on incoming leads
• Cultivate new business and support existing accounts
• Achieve sales targets
• Utilize CRM for sales process management
• Participate in developing and delivering custom product solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for project success
• Support marketing efforts
• Draft customer proposals and quotations
• Follow up on inquiries
• Identify cross-selling/promotion opportunities
• Complete specialized training

Account Executive (B2B, Mfg, Electronics, R <20% travel) Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Engineering, electronics, manufacturing or research and development experience required
• CRM experience required
• Experience working in a small/ mid-size company required
• Technical aptitude required
