Social Media/Content Manager

Renew Beauty is seeking a social media & marketing expert who is passionate about brand awareness, strategy for growth and sales results, and creating scroll stopping content. The ideal candidate shares a commitment to beauty, health and wellness, thrives in a results driven environment and has a discerning artistic eye for content creation within a fluid evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategy and execution of social media content across all platforms
Optimize performance and engagement across all social media channels
Understand the trends and direction of main social channels and implement best practices and trends (specifically TikTok, Instagram and Facebook)
Understands Influencer marketing, Paid Media to drive omni-channel social strategy that engages our customers at every touch point
Utilizes management tools to tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis results that will grow the brand, increase number of new clients, and increase client retention
Oversee and manage all marketing channels, including website (Shopify), email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and mobile marketing
Nurture and grow Renew Beauty online community by responding to customer comments, answering questions, and actively engaging our audience.
Keeping up to date with service and product knowledge, events, & staff

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of related social media experience across all platforms within the beauty industry preferred
Uses social media as an opportunity for brand and product storytelling
Utilizes social media scheduling and analytics tools including, Google Analytics
Proven results in driving social media platform growth and engagement
Ability to create content reels and still images posts and reels
Understanding of YouTube and Tik Tok, Facebook, & Instagram, organic and paid ads 
Highly effective time management skills
Interest and enthusiasm for health, wellness and beauty
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, non-verbal, and intuitive)

Must be willing to travel to locations to create content (Dallas, Frisco , Arlington) - some work at home possible.
