About the Role

As a Copywriter at Top Class Actions, you will play a key role in crafting compelling, persuasive, and error-free copy that reflects our brand voice and engages consumers in the legal news and legal marketing space. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance our content marketing strategy and effectively execute our SEO strategy and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling SEO copy for digital marketing campaigns, including headlines, taglines, and body copy, and refine based on feedback from stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Maintain brand voice and tone across all content, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
• Create effective marketing copy to support Sales and Marketing, including sales brochures, marketing collateral, podcast scripts, case studies, etc.
• Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging strategies that resonate with our target audience and encourage engagement.
• Assist with social media, email, and PPC copywriting as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and language.
• Ability to craft compelling, persuasive, and error-free copy that reflects brand voice and engages consumers.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve content marketing strategy.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location

Remote or Hybrid in Phoenix.
