Partner Marketing Manager

Employer Direct Healthcare is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with our key partners. You will cultivate strong relationships with partners to drive co-marketing campaigns, develop joint value propositions, and ensure alignment of marketing strategies. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying new partnership opportunities, and implementing effective marketing programs to achieve mutual business goals. With a focus on driving revenue growth and brand visibility through partner channels, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and enhancing partner engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design, develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies and programs that are aligned to our partner and payer community.
  • Lead comprehensive quarterly planning aligned to with partner-related business objectives.
  • Expand and scale our partner and payer marketing efforts including how we define and improve KPIs, the development of best-in-class marketing processes and assume responsibility for exceeding pipeline contribution goals each quarter.
  • Collaborate and communicate with a variety of stakeholders including partnerships, product management and the extended marketing team.
  • Oversee the execution of joint marketing campaigns and programs with partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Continuously enhance best practices while evaluating the latest B2B marketing strategies; ensure a test and learn approach to optimization.
  • Analyze partner and payer marketing program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and informing decision making.
  • Be part of the planning budget process and own and closely manage the budget.
  • Leverage data, internal and external insights, market events to craft a compelling narrative in the payer and partners' space.
  • Regularly report to leadership on the partner marketing strategy's performance, key learnings, and recommendations for future investment.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate partner teams on the company's products/services and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to partner marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing for a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrated success delivering creative and effective partner marketing strategy.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with a successful track record of using data and analytics to improve conversion through the funnel by experimenting, then scaling.
  • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on programs and campaigns.
  • Commitment to leading with humility, curiosity, and transparency, with a willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and dig into the work.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
