E-commerce Manager

Location: Apex, North Carolina (Remote candidates considered)

As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client’s online presence, enhancing the overall user experience and driving sales. You will manage various aspects of their e-commerce operations, including merchandising, product uploads, and website performance analysis. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the day-to-day operations of the brand’s Shopify online stores, including digital merchandising, product uploads, and ecommerce reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing sales and improving user experience
Own relationship with agency partners and make recommendations based on performance and KPI’s
Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and develop action plans accordingly
Collaborate with the creative team to gather assets and ensure the timely execution of website updates and email deployment
Monitor the performance of the website through tools like Google Analytics and Shopify data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Lead testing and implementation of supplementary tracking tools to enhance website/email performance and user experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
