Overview

Recharge is looking for a motivated and self-driven Chief of Staff to support the CEO, Oisin O'Connor. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be expected to work in-person 1-2 days per week in our Santa Monica, California office.

What you'll do

The role will act as a confidant and advisor to the chief executive, acting as a sounding board for ideas. Additionally, they work on diverse projects based on the CEO's priorities and manage a wide variety of initiatives as determined by the CEO
Deliver successful project management and work with external stakeholders and teams on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple functional disciples and business organizations
Assist in project management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internal and external
Collaborating on metrics tracking and KPIs across the company
Drive internal communications for team meetings and other internal communications at major milestones.
Some EA work such as expenses, travel, calendaring etc

What you'll bring

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent relationship building, communication skills and negotiation skills
Understanding of roadmapping and business strategy
Business versatility
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, along with strong emotional intelligence
Backgrounds could include program management, operations, consulting among others
