QEH2, a structured and fast growing managed service provider in the Denver Metropolitan area, is looking for a dependable, thorough, and professional Sales Support Specialist who is willing to work hard in a steady paced, results oriented business with opportunities for advancement. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will, in association with other members of your team, be directly responsible for company growth. You will utilize tried and true sales techniques in conjunction with technical knowledge to aid potential customers in making the right decision to switch to our services.
Support responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads via phone and email
- Schedule sales appointments and activities
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Assist in closing sales
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
- Source and develop client referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Continuously improve through feedback
Sales Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Desire to learn about Information Technology, website design, and marketing.
Preferred Skills and Experience
