Sales Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the Sales organization by managing and optimizing business systems, facilitating user training, and driving strategic objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales team and users on Business Systems techstack
- Lead development, execution, and analysis within Sales Enablement Tool
- Manage marketing campaign changes and strategies
- Create/update Training documentation for Business Systems
- Act as main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for business system tools
- Lead implementation and integration of business systems
- Administer user licenses and access
- Train and onboard sales representatives on CRM usage
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Stay updated on latest business systems features and trends
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience with sales enablement tools and CRMs preferred
- Experience with SugarCRM and Salesloft platform a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Flexible hours, willing to work evenings, nights, and/or weekends if necessary
