Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in increasing our organization's visibility and engagement within the community. You will have the opportunity to plan and coordinate outreach initiatives, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and promote our programs and services.

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with target audiences
• Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and presentations to raise awareness about our organization
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, businesses, and non-profit organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for online platforms, newsletters, and social media
• Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities and assist in writing grant proposals
• Attend community meetings and networking events to represent our organization and develop partnerships
• Track and analyze outreach efforts and provide regular reports to management

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, public relations, marketing)
• Proven experience in community outreach and engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing
• Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
