UX Designer (Partially Remote)

Salary: $80,000 - 90,000/year

This position allows for 2-3 days per week remote / work from home while training, and more after training and on boarding.

We are currently looking to add a full-time UX/UI designer to our collaborative and innovative Product Management Team. This individual will be able to balance their ability to hit the ground running (by creating familiar workflows in an established and beloved product) while also bringing in and advocating for a fresh perspective where advantageous to users.

Job Responsibilities:

Create sketches, wireframes and lo-fi mockups
Gather feedback on designs
Create high fidelity prototypes
Coordinate and collaborate with client services, engineering, and clients throughout the UX lifecycle
Assist in developing, documenting, and iterating on company's UX strategy and UI patterns
Participating in daily scrum meetings, release retros, and other team meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience with a SaaS product
Experience with Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Axure or Figma
Demonstrated ability to think through user workflows within an established product
