Customer Service Representative / Cashier will be responsible for:
Taking and processing orders by phone, email, or our electronic order system. Interacting with customers at our walk-up window. Processing online & EDI orders. Preparing orders for the warehouse to fulfill. Confirming orders, and printing invoices daily. Communication is key with kitchen management at schools, hospitals, etc., regarding sales trends and any issues throughout the transaction. Organizing and enthusiastically distributing marketing materials to our customers. Maintaining steady communication with our routing manager regarding deliveries throughout the day.

This representative will have a friendly, compelling nature that noticeably improves the vibe of each atmosphere they enter. If this is you, your fast -moving operations might make some people think you are creating chaos, when in fact, they will find you have arranged a perfectly organized and consistent production, which is exactly what a Customer Service Representative does best.

REQUIREMENTS:
Being dependable and punctual matters to SICC. Pleasing our customers is our primary goal. Keeping a positive, can-do attitude will get you noticed. You will be the type of person that is socially oriented, and loves to communicate clearly and effectively. You should have the appropriate aptitude to multi-task, yet still perform every duty with impeccable precision.
