Associate Marketing Manager

The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for the project and process management for the Marketing and Creative Team, which includes marketing materials, photography and video shoots. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Creative Services, this position collaborates with Sales, Category Management and third-party vendors. Must be able to communicate project status to the overall organization, clearly and routinely.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

· Assists in the development of marketing initiatives for company brands

- Key deliverables: catalogs, brochures, ads, online content, sales presentations

- Ensures accuracy of images, descriptions, and item numbers

· Line list development for ALR brands

- Collaborates with category management to ensure accuracy of names/descriptions

- Assists in trademark search, cataloging and communication

· Product Photography/Lifestyle Photography/Video Shoots

- Coordinates with photographers, product photography for ALR brands

- Manages modeling agency requests, communication, final decisions

- Ensures imagery adheres to style guides

· Online content development

- Works with graphics team in development of assets, including image selection

- Assists in copywriting of product features, descriptions

- Ensures content provided, copy and imagery, meets with the ALR style guide

· Amplifi/Image Relay – Online Asset Management Systems

- Manages folder generation, file taxonomy, file nomenclature

- Uploads assets and ensures accuracy of search

· Bachelors Degree in a related field

· 2-3+ years’ experience in a marketing role

· Proficient in MSOffice, Mac OSX environment

· Experience with online project tracking software platforms

· Knowledgeable of image and lifestyle photography development

· Excellent writing and communication skills

· Excellent project management skills

· Experience managing suppliers, printers, deco services and quotes pertaining to graphics
