AdDaptive Intelligence is in search of a new member to join the sales team. The ideal candidate must be a skilled “hunter” with a solid foundation in driving new business revenue through cold outreach strategies.


As a Digital Advertising Sales Associate, you will use your outreach skills in a full sales cycle role to identify leads, schedule meetings, close deals and establish long term relationships.


This role offers a path to a successful career in digital advertising sales with uncapped earning potential. You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable sales professionals and report to one of our National Director of Sales.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities through cold-outreach tactics including emails cold calls and LinkedIn messages.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome objections, close accounts and achieve your revenue goal.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to build relationships while growing and renewing accounts.
  • Occasionally travel to meet with clients face-to-face and represent AdDaptive at industry events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress
  • Analytical thinker: ability to solve problems using data and marketing performance.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to provide world-class, professional client service and support.
  • Desire to work in Digital Marketing / Advertising
  • A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Goal-driven and competitive
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
  • Attention to detail; organized and metric driven
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a hunter role (preferably in a relatable industry)
