Seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Advocate to join our client in the Mortgagee industry for a remote opportunity! You will be responsible for maintaining client focus, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. This Contract opportunity offers $24-$34/Hour based on experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, following company standards.
  • Take ownership of client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients throughout the process.
  • Conduct outbound calls as needed for communication.
  • Respond to inbound client communications promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues and document interactions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in mortgage processes and SLAs.
  • Analyze documents and regulations and write clear emails.
  • Present information to various stakeholders effectively.
  • Follow instructions, solve problems, and perform calculations accurately.
  • Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to company policies.
  • Complete assigned duties effectively and efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Associates or 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in mortgage processing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients, investors, and co-workers.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor in appearance, work ethic, and attitude.
  • Willingness to offer ideas for process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
