Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Planner role is designed for an experienced candidate with expertise in procurement, product, forecasting, and logistics management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply processes and demonstrating ambition, creativity, long-term strategic thinking, and a dedication to exceeding expectations. This position requires strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Full Time

Pay rate $22.00 -$25.00 DOE. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute various purchasing tasks to ensure the timely procurement of materials and products.
• Generate demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
• Coordinate transportation and importation of shipments.
• Track the status of products throughout the supply chain, providing real-time updates.
• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead to enhance company supply chain efficiency and reduce out-of-stock occurrences.
• Innovate and implement new reporting and tracking processes to provide leadership with accurate and actionable information.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain up-to-date and transparent reporting on our current supply chain condition to enable better decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain roles without a degree, with a strong record of performance and references.
• Proven expertise in complex product and logistics planning.
• Extensive experience in vendor relationship management.
• A passion for achieving precise forecasting to optimize inventory management.
• Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including formatting and formula expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
