The LINC Specialist will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon. The LINC specialist will support asset protection teams throughout our global business with protecting our people and property in assigned areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store and handling investigations

Key Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Development

  • Support and collaborate with AP Partners to develop and deliver critical and consistent AP strategies rooted in our culture and core values to execute key priorities and deliverables.
  • Provide accurate and timely input of investigative information into case management systems, with support into analysis and thorough follow up.
  • Respond promptly and work with AP partners to resolve store and regional incidents of loss, safety, emergency management, crisis response and physical security impact.

Business strategy & Operations
  • Produce reporting and research, utilizing exception-based reporting system and investigative tools to investigate and minimize losses.
  • Influence partners with minimizing risk to our people and property.
  • Deliver support to AP partners with major security risks such as natural disasters or workplace violence as necessary.
  • Support and/or lead with the resolution of incidents of loss, safety, emergency management, crisis response and physical security impact retail locations across our global business
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational partners (APM’s, Facilities, Omni, D.C, Supply Chain)
  • Coordinate investigation into external and internal theft related concerns.
  • Input loss related incidents into case management systems.
  • Support the LINC (lululemon Intelligence Center) with the global monitoring strategy Support APM to mitigate losses from external, internal, and operational errors during in store market visits through consistent evaluation and reinforcement of standards and strategies.
  • Support the NA ORC Manager through the ORC remote monitoring strategy, relaying real time intel to ORC Specialist and Investigators, responding to GPS activities, real time identification of ORC crews and prolific external offenders through CCTV monitoring and QR Code review, coordinate law enforcement.
  • Response and store communication with guidance from the ORC Investigator, anticipate ORC crew direction of travel and potential stores impacted.

Working with others

  • Identify and provide guidance as related to major security risks such as natural disasters or workplace violence; communicate and assist APM with messaging and support.
  • Support store and regional leadership on security, emergency management, crisis response and other safety related matters, in collaboration with Asset Protection Managers and field partners

Education and Experience:

  • Education GED or High School Diploma
  • Experience 12-18 months of experience desired, prior military //law enforcement preferred, open source/computer investigations.
  • Must have valid State issued driver's license at hire and throughout employment.
  • Required Certificates: All legally required licenses and permits necessary to perform the job in the State of operation, before and throughout assignment.

Physical Requirements:

With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include:

  • Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly.
  • Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
