  • We work with small to midsize businesses in multiple different industries. About half of our clients are focused on eCommerce.

  • We provide Paid Social & Search, SEO and Organic Social Media services along with Funnels, Website and Fractional CMO services for a select few clients

The Role

We are seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist to join our team and take charge of our clients' paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads, including search, shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Bonus points for experience with Bing Ads and other paid search platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their success through strategic paid search initiatives.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to leading our clients to the forefront of digital innovation, we're looking for you. You do not need to be a jack of all trades as we have a dynamic team that will help support your success, however you do need to have proven expertise in the following responsibilities:

Role Outcome:

Account management of 25+ happy accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads (search, shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).

  • Conduct keyword research and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Perform A/B testing and experiment with different campaign strategies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and optimization efforts.

Role Qualifications:

Please do not apply if you do not have proficiency in the following:

  • Proven experience managing paid search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads (search, shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics; certification is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Bing Ads and other paid search platforms is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in paid search advertising.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Time Availability:

  • This is a full time, 40+ hour position.

  • You will have the freedom to make your own schedule and work from anywhere within reason, with a great internet connection and enough open calendar space to have at least four booked appointments per day on US central standard time.

  • Be available to communicate through email & internal communication tools Monday - Friday 9a - 5pm CST.
