Product Launch / Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process of video sales letters (VSLs), from concept development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of creative professionals, including videographers, editors, designers, and other production staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement streamlined production workflows and processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of production value and adherence to brand guidelines and client expectations.
Next year we will become a pure play D2C consumer brand and launch new supplement products
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage production budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure profitability and cost control.
Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, including production studios, talent, and freelancers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to video production, direct response advertising, and digital marketing, and drive innovation within the team.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Film Production, Advertising, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing industry, with a focus on direct response advertising and video sales letters (VSLs are long form videos).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
Familiarity with D2C digital marketplaces, eCommerce sales, and online customer service within the health supplements or nutritional supplements industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas, negotiate contracts, and interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in project management software, video editing tools, and other relevant production software.
