Construction Marketing Coordinator

THE JOB:

As a vital member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the companys business development initiatives by delivering innovative graphic design solutions for company marketing materials, communications, and presentations. This position will heavily contribute to proposal preparation in collaboration with the proposal lead, maintaining the companys website, and managing it's presence across relevant social media platforms.

Other responsibilities include ensuring consistency with corporate branding and graphic standards across all marketing materials including report covers, banners, ads, and other print materials, creating visuals for all marketing channels including RFP's and RFQ's, print media, websites, and social media platforms, strategizing and implementing social media campaigns to expand online visibility and engage audiences, capturing relevant photographs of employees, job sites, and company events as needed or coordinate professional photography for completed projects, and manage the photo catalog. Our client is looking for a person who is looking to find their long term home and grow in this position to be a leader for a full marketing department.

This is a full time IN OFFICE role Monday to Friday with potential for remote/hybrid work based on performance.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, with a minimum of four (4) years experience in proposal development and graphic design within the AEC industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Cosential/Unanet) or other construction-related programs is a huge plus
• Strong marketing acumen coupled with a proactive approach to innovation, driving initiatives to maintain the Companys leading position
• Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites for photo documentation of project progress and milestones
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines with precision.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, capable of maintaining quality results under pressure
• Collaborative team player, recognizing the impact of individual contributions on team performance and overall success
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with flexibility in task prioritization and scheduling adjustments as needed
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is beneficial but not mandatory; examples of past projects are encouraged
• MUST Reside in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, or Chandler as the office is located in Tempe
