Our company is not just looking to hire sales reps in masses, we are looking for winners to fast track into leadership positions to continue development within organization with revolving growth. The time is now in a recession proof Multi-Billion Dollar Industry! We also have the capability to sell solar, patios, and any home remodeling needs in addition to roofs so that you are not limited. We are a true General Contractor Residential and Commercial!

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. We will train you to be win at a high level through our proven training program with paid training that is performance based so that you are not waiting on commissions only for months, but ONLY individuals who are willing to put in the work daily being coachable. We also have an online training university in conjunction with our classroom training to set you apart from the industry!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Talking to homeowners face to face

Inspecting & documenting homes for storm restoration needs

Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process

Close restoration agreements with homeowners

Create estimates for home exteriors and damages

Marketing/ lead generation for new prospects

Work ethic-MOST IMPORTANT- We will give you the blueprint of how to win daily and create a large stream of income you just have to be coachable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be willing to outwork the competition

Must be comfortable speaking face to face with customers

Must be able to climb a ladder

Must have a truck or willing to purchase one in the future after making money

Self-Motivated, self-disciplined, and coachable

Construction experience IS NOT NEEDED.

COMPENSATION:

New Hire Contract Signed bonuses weekly

Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $3,000-12,000 per job)

Pre Commission Available after project is built

Monthly and Annual bonuses for performance.
