Organizational Development Specialist

Banesco USA is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist for our Human Capital Business Unit.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Responsible for designing and developing training programs by area, to ensure standardization knowledge of the bank’s and area’s policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for coordinating and/or delivering all internal and external corporate trainings.
  • Works with department managers to determine training needs and works with leader to explore options to implement training programs.
  • Provides support to various departments with organizational webinars, sessions, trainings and other bank-wide initiatives.
  • Assist the areas when specific training needs to skill or reskill the staff.
  • Responsible for the recordkeeping of the Learning Management System (LMS), including providing monthly reporting of training records.
  • Supports the department in the development and implementation of all HC projects, from initiation to execution.
  • Delivers orientation programs for new hires as needed, introducing them to the company culture, policies, and essential job-related skills.
  • Supports the department in various Bank and Human Capital initiatives, projects, and programs.
  • Helps coordinating in-house training for employees with the subject matter expert (SME) as needed.
  • Contributes to maintains the annual training program for employees to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned.
  • Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
  • Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Banking or related field.
  • Proficient and advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, operations and/or policies.
  • Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change; comfortable with ambiguity when dealing with new tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working with integrity and ethically, upholding the organizational values.
  • Strong presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.
