About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO of the Bath Flip Franchise Brand. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the growth and success of our company. We encourage any driven, ambitous, and extremely organized individual to apply.

Position:

The position is an onramp to an operating role at the company. Your primary task is assisting the CEO to be more productive and being available for any task at hand. You will do whatever it takes to help our clients, our people, and our company win. Availability and reliability are required.

You will take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting. Hard-working, loyal, organized, and extreme attention to detail. Most importantly, you need to win!

Your daily tasks will widely vary from helping us maximize our emerging brand (e.g., client followup, PR assistance, helping with design ideas), scheduling meetings (e.g., assisting CEO with executive and creative meetings, taking notes, managing CEO follow-up), creative client and customer gifts (e.g., organizing events, using imagination on gift boxes and assist with saving company money), preparing a presentation (e.g., creating the CEO's vision and making it visual), and running random personal errands (e.g., getting car emissions, dry-cleaning, catering orders, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's business and personal schedule and appointment
  • Get it done. Take an ambiguous task, break it down, come up with solutions, and execute.
  • Prepare briefings and presentations. Help CEO prepare for client, internal, and sales deliverables.
  • Planning and organization. Make sure CEOs meetings have an agenda, have clear follow-ups and assignees, followup progress is tracked post-meeting, and outcomes communicated.
  • Manage the CEOs schedule and act as a liaison to clients, partners, and the team. Make sure the CEOs time is allocated to things that have the most impact on clients.
  • Run random errands for the company and personally for the CEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for meetings and events
  • Conduct audits and accountability procedures/visits for CEO and prepare reports as needed
  • Strong focus on follow-up activities and reminders for CEO
  • Handle correspondence and communication with confidentiality on behalf of the CEO
  • Assist with customer service, project management and follow-up on action items
  • Coordinate video, visual and online branding of CEO ideas and direct teams or partners to bring vision to life
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant - We encourage an entry-level go getter!
  • Jedi master of using the phone, research, and Google to get stuff done.
  • Expert in learning. You can quickly become an expert in new topics and then teach everyone else.
  • High IQ, EQ, and drive.
  • Feedback. Wants to get better and understands that soliciting and acting on feedback is the path to get there.
  • Curious. Notices interesting things and figures out why.
  • Car. Reliable transport, a drivers license, and safe driving record.
  • Experience. Nice, but not necessary. We believe smart + enthusiastic > experience.
  • Cant stop winning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite and new technology including FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
