In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate functions. Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Events Coordinator in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate event logistics, such as venue sourcing, catering, and AV equipment
• Manage event registration and attendee lists, including tracking RSVPs and sending event updates
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating event flyers and online listings
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
