We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at BizIQ. In this role, you will be responsible for claiming and optimizing Google Business Pages for our small to medium-sized business accounts. OBJECTIVES


Google Business Page Management:

- Claim and verify Google Business Pages for small to medium-sized business accounts.

- Optimize business listings with accurate and compelling information, ensuring alignment with client branding.


Local SEO Optimization:

- Implement local search optimization strategies to enhance businesses' visibility on Google.

- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant terms to improve local search rankings.


Review Management:

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google Business Pages.

- Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and address any negative feedback promptly.


Data Accuracy and Consistency:

- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of business information across all online platforms.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and update relevant details for optimal online representation.


Performance Reporting:

- Track and report on the performance of Google Business Pages, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of local optimization efforts.


COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of internet marketing and content writing
  • Excellent customer service and phone support skills
  • Strong efficiency on Internet Browsers and Computer Navigation
  • Expert in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Strong emphasis on attention to detail and time management
  • Extremely well organized, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, is a big plus
  • Experience in a similar role within a client facing or digital marketing industry.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
