With over 21% growth this year (what recession?) NineTwoThree is poised to continue to produce world-class products with their established clients.

The Account/Product Manager position is to assist clients that have hundreds of millions of customers and billions of dollars to spend and have hired us for a project. The product manager will be the main point of contact, communicating to the client the expectations and schedules, understanding the client’s needs and discovering new opportunities to build technology solutions based on acquired knowledge during the project.

You must have a sense of ownership and responsibility for the project - caring for the client's needs and even predicting feature requests. The more hands-on experience you have had in mobile / web application building the better.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a particular product or set of products produced by the company from beginning to end.

Description:

  • Synthesize the client’s product ideas and business goals and communicate these into actionable steps for the team
  • Identify the biggest unknowns or assumptions that will need to be addressed with research
  • Conduct usability interviews with real users to provide feedback to the client and team
  • Prevent scope creep and business creep but kindly pushing back on ideas, design, or feature requests when they do not meet the jobs to be done or business goals of the product
  • Prioritize the overall deliverables for the project and keep track of overall progress
  • Maintain a friendly and collaborative relationship with the client
  • Review design and get approval of design from the client
  • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to deliver our fixed price projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

  • Managing from 2 to 3 active projects at a time;
  • Researching the market the customer is involved in to get ideas for features, designs, concepts and user flows;

  • Creating a communication channel with the customer that includes relationship building, in-person visits, and risk diversion conversations;
  • Keep up to date with the project manager of the product to understand schedules, risks, deadlines and planning;
  • Review of design to ensure what the customer is expecting vs what we are producing. These design reviews should be both internal and external separately merging ideas for a final product;
  • Modifying text and copy for the end product;
  • Study and have high knowledge of both apple / google app guidelines;
  • Comparing the product (or set of products) to the competition of the client and creating a narrative of how the client project is unique;
  • Providing management with analysis and reports regarding the health of the product including understanding of timeline, deadlines and budget and constantly avoid scope creep;
  • Overseeing the research and development of the products by business analysts and incorporating the feedback into the product;
  • Establish the ability to “think outside the box” for the client and provide research and follow up on concepts introduced during Client calls relating to the growth of the product;
  • Keep a future feature backlog of ideas and concepts to be presented back to the customer for future work;
  • Schedule and maintain a meeting cadence with the Client;
  • Work with designers on “big picture” ideas and be able to express features both pictorially and in text;
