Marketing Campaign Manager

The Investments & Wealth Institute (IWI) is excited to announce a newly created position within our expanding Marketing team for a Marketing Campaign Manager. This role is designed for a marketing professional who excels in the development and management of cross-channel marketing campaigns. Reporting to and collaborating closely with Marketing leadership, the Marketing Campaign Manager will oversee campaigns that drive brand awareness and deepen engagement with our audiences.
This position demands a skilled marketer with experience in overseeing and executing B2B campaigns. Your expertise in developing comprehensive campaign strategies, coupled with your ability to meticulously track, manage, and organize the execution of these campaigns, will be critical to our success.
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of omnichannel marketing campaigns that promote our certifications, membership, and events.
- Serve as the primary liaison for campaign-related meetings and planning, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and MarCom.
- Secure necessary approvals from stakeholders to maintain project timelines and objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as ad agencies, media partners, and technology providers to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Oversee and track campaign requests, coordinating tasks internally within our project management tool, Monday.com.
- Craft engaging and persuasive copy across various channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and website content.
- Work closely with the Communications team to repurpose content creatively across channels, including social media, to amplify our message's reach and engagement.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and management. A background in B2B FinServ marketing will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, bonus points for experience with B2B FinServ or B2B FinTech.
- Experience with project management tools (we use Monday.com)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, capable of managing email marketing campaigns and social media scheduling effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
IWI has a hybrid workplace and this position is eligible for remote with in the United States.
Salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 and is dependent on experience.
